SHIPPING/HANDLING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12pm EST are processed and shipped the same day (*if item is in stock). Orders placed after 12pm EST are processed the same day and shipped the following business day. Shipping speed is determined and detailed upon checkout.

International Shipping

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time. However this will not be permanent.

Shipping Cost

*Shipping Cost will be calculated upon order. However, most orders ship for FREE! Overnight and Express shipping will be calculated based on shipping destination. If you would like an order shipped Overnight or Expressed please contact customer service at (214) 641.5064.


PO Box Address

Unfortunately we cannot ship items to a PO Box address. A physical address is required for all orders.

Invoices/Tracking

Invoices will be emailed to the emailed listed on the order within 24 hours of purchase. The tracking information will be sent 24 hours after the order has been shipped out.

Returns/Exchanges

*All Items are not eligible for a return. Please read the item description information before ordering to make sure it is eligible to be returned or not.

-Items must be returned within 30 Days of purchase

-All parts of the item must be in its original packaging

-Have a return authorization number *provided by customer service

*Call Tags and Return Authorization Numbers will be emailed to the email on file 2-3 Business Days after return has been successfully set up through customer service.

-For a full refund item safety seals must not be broken

-Restocking Fee may apply

-Shipping Fees are non-refundable

-Shipping fee to ship item back is the customer’s responsibility *refund may be eligible for defected items

-Refund within 5-10 Business days of item(s) physical return on the card item was purchased with upon original checkout
